November 2022 — Present

Ursinus College is a private liberal arts school with 60 different courses to study in the town of Collegeville, PA. The campus is tree-lined, has beautiful old buildings, and sits on 170 acres along the Perkiomen Creek. The community is tight-knit, and not a day goes by where you won't have a positive interaction with someone. The college has spent the last 1.5 years updating some of our brand. The logo and primary colors remain the same, but the language, secondary colors, and marketing and design strategies have strengthened.

Graphic Designer
• Works closely with the creative director to conceptualize, design, and implement print and digital marketing materials that creatively and accurately reflect the college’s brand. These materials support undergraduate admission and enrollment as well as other departments across campus.
• Oversees the production of Ursinus Magazine from concept to completion, develops digital content for social media, communicates with vendors, and manages project production to ensure that all collateral is produced on-time and is in compliance with the college’s brand.
• Designs and manages the installation process of various signage efforts across campus and develops promotional materials for campus events and activities to promote the college to the greater community.
Ursinus Magazine
Each year, 4 magazines are created — 2 print/digital and 2 strictly digital. With the new brand looming, the creative director and I teamed up to tackle this 40 page magazine as we wanted to change up the format as well as colors and fonts used. Although this is an Ursinus piece, we wanted to steer away from the primary colors to add more sophistication. Below are some main spreads I fully designed that can be seen in the final magazine.
Live on Main
This is a staggered page booklet that gets sent out through EDD (every door direct) mailing to the neighboring zip codes surrounding Ursinus College. There are 2 that get produced each year, one for the Fall and Spring semester. This goes through all the music, art, theater and dance events that are happening throughout the semester. Every event is open to the public and is a great way to check out what the community is up to. This past edition, the logo and pages have been updated to reflect some of the new secondary colors that were added to the brand as well as some new fonts.
Ursinus Pocket Guide
This pocket guide acts as a cheat sheet that can be distributed to faculty and staff around campus that champions our brand strategy. Ursinus College follows an Open Questions curriculum, Quest, that is built around four questions that everyone confronts. The pocket guide dives deeper into Quest, and gives everyone the chance to engage these questions fully, seriously, intentionally, as part of an intellectual community.
